The first one is an older woman which reminded me his infamous nickname back then. Not that I find that relationahip normal but I think her as Caroline Flack (rip). It was and is not okay to date an underage kid of course but back then Caroline being an old(?) woman was the biggest problem about that relationship and I always wieved it as a pr hence her surprised look about that matching and nose bleed from that stress.
A man with "damages" lets say is Taylor since she was heart broken when she met Harry and they both agree that they found comfort in that relationship. Well it seems like Taylor gave comfort the most😅
Pregnant woman is Olivia since she has kids. Harry looks shocked about the fact that a pregnant woman matching up with him. Maybe he found it interesting to be dating with a woman with kids back then too.
I view the woman giving kisses as Kendall but it can be said about many models he dated or rumored to be dating.
