Skyborne should be a race of Harpies instead of a blood elf recolor if you kept everything the same but that, they would fit so much better!
Their blue, avian druid forms would make perfect sense, their lore could still work, they'd be a race out of the roster of iconic monsters we associate with Vanilla WoW, making them fit perfectly with the thematic era that Forever is set in. They are a bipedal sentient race, so they'd be incredibly easy to translate into playable character models
